Salon is fantastic!!! Julie has been my hairdresser for many years and always does a great job especially with color and highlight. She is always so kind and listens to my requests with utmost care. my personal tip would be to come in a weekday when the salon has a bit more room for them to take care of you instead of the weekend rush. Call ahead a few days and there should be no issue.
Very Poor Service, Owner was in-store and decided to do my child's hair and was very rude and also miscommunicated to me and in turn ended up giving him a buzz cut. She also gossiped to other customers about the dispute and how she was right and didn’t do anything wrong. This salon shop is not a good place to go to!
Julie trimmed my hair to perfection! She is a creative stylist who listens to your requests and works with you to get the results that keep her clients coming back to Alicia Nails and Hair!
