This was our first visit their customer service is horrible. The place is very small and I didn't like how many times the lady got on the phone. They did not make us feel welcome they yelled at each other a lot and the lady doing my daughter's nails was not very happy that she had to do her nails. We will not be coming back and I do not recommended to anyone unless you like to sit there and be treated poorly
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had getting my nails done in San Jose Not only once but twice I've gone here in both times the ladies that work there completely ruined the experience they have their prices Jack up sky high and they don't make any sense they told me gel and acrylic is the same price when that's not right it should never be the same price and they base their pricing off of how long you want your nail And then if you want a French tip it's an extra $10 if you want diamonds on 2 fingers it's another $10
