Jeanne's Nail Spa

If I could give zero stars I would! I had an appointment @ 11 am for just a polish change I waited til 11:30 for someone to finally help me! I got cat eye polish it turned out pretty good but she charged me 30 dollars! That’s more than a full set! Very very disappointed

Jeanne is very good! Everything else about this place is decent enough, but Jeanne herself is what's really impressive; she really listened. My nails never looked this good. She did a dip even though I usually do gel, and it was such a good call. They have lasted so long. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

This is the worst nail polish experience I have ever had. Worst service and very limited style choice... First of all, the service is terrible. My friend made an appointment and they mixed it with someone else’s. After we pointed out, they did not even give any apologize. We asked the difference between power and gel (they begin serve power without even asking us), they pretended not understand what we were talking about and even laughed at us....turns out they totally understand and they don’t wanna serve gel since power ones are more expensive... Secondly, they only serve solid color with no style choice. The girl who served me is not professional at all. She keeps playing her phone and stops in between with no excuse. She even make the color out of my nails and don’t want to clean them... I highly suggest don’t choose this nail spa....
