Had the worst experience with the employee Rupen who did my hand wax. She applied hot oil to my hand and when I asked her to wait and check as it was burning for me. She sarcastically laughed and asked if this was my first time doing wax( I actually liked the place and was going there since 1 and half year). She had no regrets and started commenting if I had a bad day which is not the way you talk to your customers. Hope the management talk to their employees on how to talk to their customers.
Should have listened to the other reviews here complaining about cuts. Lady was so aggressive at my eyebrow I had to pull away because it hurt so much, she was scraping it raw. And then had a missing patch of hair after she told me I had to fill in that I've never had before.
I took my kids for their first waxing, my kids really loved their service, very kind and caring. They made my kids feel comfortable. Service: Body waxing
