It's one thing if your wife comes home with a haircut and is upset; it's another when her husband notices how bad the haircut is. I usually don't notice differences in a cut, and I thought this was only going to be a trim. She comes back and it's an entirely different cut. The icing on the cake? She made an appointment weeks ago and was seen 30min late. Amazing stuff. I expected more from the korean community. That's why we were recommended this place but maybe I should have asked my non-korean friends instead 머리가 이렇게 심하게 잘랐군 처음 봤다. 더 높은 기대를 가지고 있었어

Had a beautiful experience today coloring my roots with Alisa. She’s the owner and has impeccable service and kindness. This salon has been around for 2 years and it has grown to 4 stylists. I could sense she works tirelessly throughout the day. Giving it her all. I loved Alisa’s skilled work and her washing was rejuvenating and relaxing. I hope to be back again soon. ????

Even though I made an appointment weeks in advance, I waited around 40 minutes until they got to me. Honestly should have left after 30 minutes passed. Haircut itself was decent enough. I didn't want more layers but I feel like she texturized too much. It's like she was cutting my hair how she thought it should look rather than what I asked for. The style also doesn't work for my hair type and it's too high maintenance for my liking. Overall mostly upset that my time was disrespected so much
