Dream Hair Beauty Salon

This has to be the most unpleasant hair salon visit I've had. Went in for a hair cut. A lady helped me and she had very little patience after seeing a picture of what I wanted, and quickly went to work. It was only towards the end of her cutting spree that it became apparent that she has screwed up, by which time the only option was for me to get a perm. She tried to deny blame by saying "young people around here mostly want short hair so I thought you wanted the same" and "your hair needed to be re-permed anyways". Absolutely terrible at communication and forces customers into buying a premium service when they have no choice. She could offer to do a perm before she started cutting my hair and the perm would come out better when done on longer hair, too, and if nothing else it would make me feel like I was involved in the decision making process. Even on the perm, she did a sloppy job. On more than one occasion the fluid got into my eyes. Worse yet, she kept talking to my partner and
