very bad job on the pedi. they seemed to rush thru the process. they hardly took 25-30 min and the water to soak feet was just warm, i asked them to make it hot but it never happened. it hurt a lot when they cut my nails and they almost cut a bit of skin for my friend. we could not relax at all; afraid we might lose a toe or two. it was that bad. i was cursing for going here and couldnt wait to get out of that chair. Earlier i was there for a facial, that was very good ad i thought pedis would be too. bad decision. i would give a 4 star for facial.

Do not come here If you want to keep your nails healthy! Came in for a manicure and the lady filed my nails down soooo thin they broke the next day!!! She only put one coat of clear gel polish and didn't even cover the whole nail. My nails bent where she didn't apply polish properly and broke because they were so heavily filed down with the machine. I've been to many salons and this has never happened before. I have natural strong nails that grow long so I never need to get acrylics, just gel polish and most of them are now broken and weak
