I was ghosted after I called and told them I wasn’t happy with my hair and if another stylist can fix my hair. I just wanted money piece highlights, simple right? I was left with over processed hair and banding. Really dissatisfied with the whole process. I do not recommend this salon.

They told me their stylist is junior but has good experience while booking which was a blatant lie. The so called junior stylist is perhaps on training. She was not at all confident in working with hair and understanding customer needs. I had to intervene her at every step. And the other stylists constantly would come in and interfere with the process. They would try to fix her mistakes and continuously tell me I am in good hands. If I was really in good hands, they would not have had to repeat themselves so much. The color I got was incomplete, I still had grey hair to my biggest surprise ???????? … not professional at all. The hair cut was a mess. The owner did jump in later to try and fix the damage, but I lost time, patience and had to go over my hair twice with color. And lost money too.
