Susana from Essence Salon Studio cut my boyfriend's hair this afternoon and she did such an amazing job! He has *very* thick hair that hadn't been cut in several months (and his hair grows fast!) and he's pretty particular about the way he likes it cut (scissor-cut and blended seamlessly) but where other hairdressers have struggled, Susana was totally unfazed. She asked for his input, listened, and applied it while also using her professional experience to go above and beyond what he expected. Not only is Susana super welcoming and professional, but her prices are more than reasonable even for an "ok" haircut which is far below what you'll be getting when you see her; the pride and care that she puts into her work is worth so much more than she charges so please make sure to tip her what she deserves! :) We're very happy to have found Susana and you will be, too! Susana is the best! My family and I have been a client of hers for 15+years!! She's basically family now, lol. She's very good with the color(the absolute best in my opinion) I have blonde hair that she is really able make shine. I recently added purple for a fun change and I absolutely love it!!! Susan is amazing!! I don't trust people when it comes to coloring my hair or putting highlights in my hair. In the passed I've had my hair damaged from coloring. It's been a very long time since I've had highlights. I wanted a new color and style. I explained to Susan what I wanted. Susan knew exactly what to do with coloring and cutting my hair.
