I came in to the salon as a first time customer. I had called and told them that I had blonde hair with 2 inches of regrowth. I simply wanted my roots touched up. The colorist ended up turning my hair orange and yellow and I had to ask her to try to fix it two times. She was unable to fix the color. She told me I could come back. I had planned on returning out of naivety. After speaking with three professional stylist they recommended that I request a refund and go to somebody else. I'm not sure why I would want to go back to someone that already made a huge mistake. So I decided to call and ask for my money back. I was told that I should have been charged more in the first place and that they were only willing to offerMe $50 refund. I insisted on a full refund and they told me they could not do that so essentially I paid $50 to have my hair turned orange. I told him this was not right and she just continued to argue with me. Totally worth reentering LAX's security checkpoint to get an amazingly refreshing shampoo and blowout during my long layover. Thank you to the wonderful Asia for bringing this weary traveler back to life and getting me to my destination looking great!

Trinity h did my hair and make up for my baby shower. She made my day so easy and I looked great. I went in with no idea of how I wanted my make up she listened to me so well and looked up pictures so I could pick a look I loved. She's the best would definetly recommend her to anyone.
