I have been going with Liz for more than a decade and I hope I never have to go anywhere else. From cut, color, and makeup all top notch. You wont find a more welcoming and talented group of people. Liz is amazing and I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my hair. On a scale of 1 to 5, Liz gets a 10. Everyone really nice and professional. My experience here was horrible! First they tell me that they couldn’t do what I wanted because they don’t have the colors. I told them if they don’t know how to do the exact color then that’s fine & they got really offended by that. Point is I chose something from their catalog (in there I saw the colors I originally wanted so clearly they have the colors they just don’t know how to do what I wanted) & the results turned out completely different. I got highlights so obviously I know it’s a lot of work and time but I have short hair so I didn’t think it was going to take 9 hours. The hairdresser that did my hair took breaks in between to eat his food in front of me while I couldn’t even make a phone call because he wouldn’t allow me too since I “had to stay completely still”. The whole time the hairdresser was bashing me on how thin my hair (I have genetically thin hair so there’s not much I can do there) was out loud in front of everyone, complaining on how my hair was so “dry” (mind
