From the moment I walked in it was uncomfortable. Very racist vibe. The women started doing my pedicure with NO water. She was touch my feet aggressively like she didn’t want to do them at all. She had cotton on my feet taking the polish off once I finally just said sorry I think I’m going somewhere else she aggressively grabbed her things and started speaking very rapidly and loudly to I’m guessing the owner. I asked if there was a problem in which she said no I pull my own cotton off of my toes and left. If you are a black women or just no Asian I DO NOT recommend. And now that I’m reading the reviews and seeing how they respond I see all my intuitions were right to leave.

Joann is an incredibly gifted artist. She delivers her services with a very high level of care and professionalism. My nails are in great shape and my manicures stay looking fresh for weeks on end. I thoroughly enjoy the experience of going to see her and highly recommend. Services: Nail art, Manicure, Gel manicures

This was my first time getting my nails done and I'm glad I chose Joanne. She is very skilled and considerate, so I felt comfortable. I was unsure and showed her many different pictures, but she designed my nails very well and to my tastes!
