Coco Nails Spa Lincoln

Overall we had a great experience. The nail technicians are the reason I am giving them 5 stars. Every person was nice, professional and welcoming. There are an abundance of options and services. So kid friendly!! Be mindful that each treatment is a bit on the spendy side. I had the Lemon Grass treatment which was heaven but they charge the manicure and pedicure separately, 20$ each. But hey it was our first time to the salon in over a year. The environment was clean and the tools sanitary. I am looking forward to my next visit.

The place is nice and clean and the lady who did my pedicure was nice. But….when I ask for a pedicure that’s what I want….she asked me twice if I wanted a manicure and twice I told her, “ no that I had just had one.” Then she wants to try and push other services on me….that irritated me. Then, when it came to getting my bill they overcharged me $10. I questioned her and she argued with me….so I decided not to bother about the money. So today I decided to see if I was right about the price…..and I was right…..she charged me $55 for a $45 service. If I lived closer I’d go back and get my $10. I noticed they over charged the lady next to me also, as she had the same service. She was also questioning it….. So beware and double check your bill and the service on the scan menu…..make sure they match up! Also, they have no paper menu so make sure you have your phone with you as you need to scan for the services…..I will not go back! Service: Pedicure
