Kelly is rude and always rushing They should be up to date with nail designs but they aren’t

This place is the worst ever. I got a serious infection in my left hand nail, the lady was talking with someone else when she was doing manicure. Suddenly, she cuts the nail too much, it bled but I thought it would be better, but it doesn’t. I was at the hospital because the area was infected. I still have pain and the area has a small inflammation. Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Ok so I’ve been a client here for a long time. I called for appt with Cathy( which she is the best so I kept coming back here bcoz of her) The owner Kelly said come @3. So i went@3, Kelly told me to sit in one of the pedi chair and that Cathy will be right with me coz she’s doing someone’s nails.(which I think she just started doing someone’s nail prior me coming, when literally I called to make an appt with her at 3pm) At 3:40 I asked Kelly about Cathy and she said she’s almost done..10mins later still Cathy is not done.. so I walked out.. ???? wasted almost an hr for nothing. If Kelly should have told me that Cathy won’t be done till certain time, then I should have come back later instead of just seating on the chair with prune feet (soaking for almost an hr.) this is not the first time this happened, but since I like Cathy I kept coming back here. But I had it with this nail salon so time for me to look for a new one. Will not coming back.. -Tess Service: Pedicure
