Splash Salon is amazing! Janet is such an amazing color stylist! Love the products she uses on my hair as well as the products she offers. Best salon in south oc!!!
The salon is cool, they offer lots of stuff. Only 4 star cause of who did my friends hairs. She bleached it 3 times in sitting and fried most of my friends hair off.
