Bishops cuts/color

The staff is friendly and Allison RT is exceptional with color and cut. Allison gave me my dream color back. My hair color was a mess because of all the color depositing conditioners I’d applied. The thought and care they gave to my unique situation was impressive and I appreciate it tremendously. I highly recommend this location and Allison RT for cut and color services. Sabra is so great. I got a short haircut at a different salon months ago and didn't love it. I came into this location to see if Sabra could fix it. She took it slow, talking it through with me and explaining what the previous cut was doing and options to try. After a quick cut, she let me know that I could come back within 7 days for any other adjustments, if I went home and tried it out and still didn't like everything. I ended up coming back to her three different times over the course of the week, entirely because of me! I am new to the short hair game and was figuring out what fit me best and what I liked. She was super gracious every time, fitting in me and making slight changes until I was happy. I've never had a stylist make the offer of the return within a week, and it's a huge game changer. You need to be able to go home and live with your hair for a few days to see how it settles. I live out of town but will be returning to Sabra thanks to the great experience! Service: Hai

Experience was fine and people are nice. The coloring was disappointing though. Noticed gray hair immediately after the wash and more after I got home. Also got a hot root situation going on and will need to fix that. Their price is transparent which I appreciate but this coloring turned out to be not worth $170.
