I went in for a hair TRIM. I let Andy know that I wanted less than an inch, an inch at the absolute most. Just a trim. I have long hair that I have been growing out during the last year. He said yes, ok. As he started cutting he showed me the amount and I said No that is way too much. I want less than an inch. I saw some hair on the ground and asked if that was my hair. The owner walked by and stopped I said is that my hair on the ground. He said no it was from the last client. I said because that is way too much I only want a trim, less than an inch. They both said ok. I had my head down as he cut when I looked up I had 3 1/2 inches cut off!!!!!!! What!!! Why would he say yes and ok if he didn't understand what I was saying. Less than an inch yes ok he says. I am furious that he cut all my hair off above at my shoulder. What is wrong with them!!!!!!!! I am so angry, do not get your hair cut here. They obviously cannot understand what a trim off your ends is and will hack all your hai
