I came in recently with my mom and friend for blowouts that my mom had booked and chose Vogue based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews on their Yelp page. Having been to other regular salons and blowout studios like Drybar, they usually wash your hair before styling it. My mom texted the front desk prior to our appointment asking if they did that or if we should come in with clean hair and they said that they would do it there. When we arrived we had one person, Olga, doing all 3 of us back to back. My mom went first and had clean hair since she just had it colored. When Olga came to talk to my friend and I and noticed we both needed our hair washed she said “next time come in with clean hair, it’ll save you money and I don’t have time with other appointments” and told us that it would be more expensive because we had long hair and we needed washes. Excellent customer service I just walked in here to get my roots done and the lady that did my hair did a great job. I’d highly recommend the salon that I will go back again.
