If I can give zero stars I would! My grandpa was very skeptical to get a hair cut and we finally were able get him in for someone to completely not know how to properly cut hair ended up cutting more then it was requested and resulted in my grandpa getting his hair completely shaved off! He is a senior and this is completely unacceptable ! I will no long recommend this to anyone. Especially them mentioning they will charge double if they have to proceed to cut more. ZERO STARS!!! Haircut not 100% what I wanted. She didn't seem to want to cut my hair, perhaps prefers cutting men's hair. Tried showing her a picture didn't seem interested. But it's better she left it longer than I wanted versus too short. Service: Haircut
Just writing this to say I followed up after I got a response from Great Clips on my bad haircut etc Well I never heard back, but oh well it's ok this was a learning experience. Just be mindful. & don't be afraid to say something to the person cutting your hair. People that hate their job, & don't treat paying customers right, need to be humble they have a job. Sorry????
