Style Cuts Haircuts & Color

I tried a new hair salon..... BIG mistake! I will post pictures before I got a hair cut, but that photo wasn't taken just before, it was a couple of days before. Then, a photo of after I received a hair cut, and finally a photo of after I went home and fixed it myself, giving myself a hair cut. Then, getting ready to go out, after I finished giving myself a hair cut. That's the reason I got a hair cut in the first place, cuz I was gonna go out that night. First of all, they get one star because they were very nice. I do have to admit to that. However.... 1. Worst shampoo ever. I have a lot of hair and she didn't get in there with water or soap????????????. 2. I asked them to clean up my layers, my original hair dresser was kinda afraid and unsure of herself. She was a barber but she said she knew how to also cut women's hair. Not true.. 3. The main girl in there, with red hair, showed her how, but.... She barely trimmed the top layer of hair. I have A LOT of hair, very thick. 4. Worst

I really liked this salon! I tried it out in September towards the end of the quarantine because it was open and close to my home. I am so glad I discovered it!!! The prices are great. I read a lot of the reviews and they looked good so I went for it. I have really long thick and unruly hair and I wanted a blunt cut lob. She did an amazing job! I will definitely be going back this salon has something real talent. Service: Hairstyling

I scheduled an appointment for 1pm & not only was the place full but the stylist had 2 people she was working on & 1 of the persons was a highlight! Tonight is prom night & I wouldn't have complained any other day but they should not have overbooked or taken on a walk in client, knowing they had an actual scheduled appointment. I had to walk out & I'm not too happy...we won't be going back there. This is not the 1st time this has happened here! Update 5/14/23 I took my daughter there for a haircut on 05/14, only because she asked me to; my last experience there was not good. My daughter asked 1 lady if she had time for a haircut & she said yes but when the manager or owner saw that I was with my daughter, she told the lady (in Spanish, I might add) that I had previously given the salon a low rating. Then she turns to my daughter & says "no, we don't have time for you." I knew there was a reason I never want to go back there EVER again! So unprofessional. It's not like my daughter compl
