Only downside is that they take walkins. Like my cut and color, I see Laura.
Decent haircut, but customer service is laughably poor. Reservations can't be made via their site until day-of. Staff will not indicate approximate wait times over the phone, but will insist you come in. I just had a situation where I asked via phone if I'd be able to get a cut within a certain time frame, and I was told to just show up. I show up to a 6 person long line and an hour long wait time, which would have been after the store closed. Why'd you waste my time driving to your store when you could have just said "not today sorry" over the phone? Service: Haircut
I always enjoy coming to this salon. From the welcoming greeting to the pleasant conversation and the excellent haircut and color I receive, wow!!!!
