Elizabeth cut off my hip length hair to my shoulders WITHOUT TELLING ME. I asked for layers in the front and she put layers in the back. It looks like I have a stair case on the back of my head and it’s going to take YEARS to be back to normal. I left crying I’m still so upset it’s so ugly and I paid her 500$ for it… A NIGHTMARE.
Sandy is THE BEST! She always takes SUCH great care of my hair and always does EXACTLY what you want her to do. There is no one else I will ever trust w my hair. She's amazing
