If I could give this store, zero stars, I would do not, and I repeat, do not go to a woman in their name Shelby. I went in with the most beautiful, long hair for a trim i specifically asked her to keep the length of my hair and to just cut the dead ends off. I walked out with layers and at least 4 inches of my hair cut off crying asking for the manager and did not get my haircut charged because of how BAD the haircut was. her name is Shelby and I’m telling you right now anytime you go to her you walk out very unhappy and hating your hair. It’s been over three months since my hair has grown out even a the slightest And I still put my hair up every single day. Anytime my hair is down I’ll cry at the sight of it because she cut my hair, so choppy ruined my curls and the pattern of my hair. And I believe she has the worst hand I have ever gotten my haircut by in my life I will now for the rest of my life be traumatized by any haircut experience and I will no longer trust anybody with my ha
