Requested Gel nails not gel nail polish this nail shop is a clown show. They couldn't even get that right. The nails are presentable but not what I asked for. Ther is a difference between Gel Nails and Gel Nail Polish. Would not recommend this place even if they did nails free.

I’m giving one star because of the awful experience my sister and I had . I called on a Saturday and asked for a nail appointment for the following day for me and my sister. The lady said ok come at 10 and we’ll take you guys right away . We arrive there at 10 am on Sunday to find just one lady there saying oh the guy is on the way . The guy arrives at 10:40 he had a terrible attitude and failed to tell us he’s the only one there that does nails . My sister then asked him can you give me a little discount since I waited patiently he then said no you can leave . They clearly don’t care about their customers . I messaged the Instagram to tell them about the experience and they read my message but didn’t care to apologize. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

ETA: LENA, where did you move to? I went in shortly after Lena moving, such a different atmosphere. The lady who came back was trash talking Lena to customers. Not sure where the owner was either time I went. I made an appointment for specific tech, (2 weeks ahead) they didn't write it down when i came for appointment I was asked to let someone else do my nails. It took him 3 hours and then he told me make appointment next time??!!? .... never again!! I haven't gone back since and need to find my girl, Lena (and Sidney)! I loved this place for years.... but was so so disappointed. I am so glad I was told about this nail shop. Lena is my go to for my nails, her work is great and I always get complimented on her work! Sydney does my pedicures and she is wonderful as well.
