My daughter and I absolutely love Ms. Bretina. It took a while and a lot of searching to find someone local and knowledgeable in curly hair. My daughter is biracial and has beautiful coils, Thanks to Bretina my daughter's hair remains healthy and hydrated from the knowledge and how to she bestows on her clients.

I have gotten my curly hair cut with Bretina who is wonderful and helped me start my curly hair journey. Most recently I came in to fix a bad hair color job done to my hair. Honesty fixed my hair and gave me a new look that I love and I can’t wait to go back. I don’t see myself ever using a different salon now. Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring

I wish I had received their follow up email, that they send out after your appointment, before I posted my initial review. Because in the email, they provide contact information if you are not satisfied with your hair. I would’ve gone down that route. However, since I posted my review first, here is my updated Re use: First of all, Heather, the owner, is a boss. First, she responded to my reviews very professionally without being defensive. Next, she invited me to come back to see what I was not happy with. When I came in, Heather was friendly and welcoming. The stylist who originally cut my hair was there as well. Heather informed me that ideally the appointment would’ve included that stylist, but she was busy. I think that is so cool. Heather truly wants to see her stylists BLUME. She was able to touch up parts to ultimately give me the look I wanted and was happy with. Although I didn’t love my cut at my first appointment, Heather more than made up for it and I highly recommend this
