Nice ambiance and great customer service. This will be my go to place in the HD. Ask for Luis he is very detail-oriented and takes his time. He made sure I liked my nails throughout the whole process.

I came into the salon on Monday at noon looking to get a pedicure and an acrylic set for my birthday. I was surprised that they were poppin on a Monday but from the regular waiting next to me said it wasn't even busy for them. Thankfully they took me as a walk in an I waited around a half-hour. Not a bad wait but it was made uncomfortable by one of the managers arguing with a customer that she didn't have an appointment when she claims to have called a couple of days a go for one. The pedicure I chose was the Glow Me at $62. Overall it felt rushed, my massage was shorter then stated, and I didnt get the heel balm that it was supposed to. My polish is literally already chipped because it wasn't filled down smooth and my nail got caught in my sheets that night. I'm soo sad about it and I guess I have to repaint my own nails for my birthday weekend. Very frustrating considering it's the second most expensive pedicure on their list and they were no longer busy before my pedicure was over.

Unfortunately I have to change my rating after the second visit. We had an appointment at 11:30 today. Didn't get out until 3:15 and not because it was crazy busy. They did an extremely flawed pedicure and stopped midway through the manicure without communication of why to have me wait for another tech to finish. It took over half an hour waiting time to get the rest finished. By that time I was completely turned off and disappointed in the service. I tried to pay for what was done and leave but they charged $40 for acrylics with no polish. I won't come here again. Too bad because I had been telling people they do great work but the service this time was really embarrassing and disappointing.
