Went in yesterday in the afternoon. The check-in online process made it so simple. Waited about 10 mins, then got started on my cut. I got the pleasure of having Lupe work on my hair. Showed her a picture, and not only did she give me exactly the style I wanted, she fixed my bangs and thinned out my heavy hair all within what felt like 20 mins. She made me feel very comfortable, and I highly recommend this location and its great staff. Thank you again, lupe, for saving my hair!
Poor service. ???? 1st time going. The stylist also over charged my card. I didn't realize until I got home.
