I booked an appointment with Nicolle at her salon KiraKiraCutsNColor. She was able to get my hair a really kawaii pastel green and purple! I love it! If you want fun hair color, this is definitely the right salon for you!
Lovely place. All of the workers are friendly. Inside the building there are a bunch of little like rooms, where the stylist themselves get to create it to their liking and its adorable. Each room is entirely different. I did hear that some big change is happening soon, so we will see where that goes.
