I was able to make a spur of the moment hair appointment with Lan today and I'm beyond thankful that I did! I have hair about an inch below my ears. Grown out hair color that I was trying to take from warm blonde to a bright, cool blonde. I was also growing out hair from having very short hair cuts for some time and didn't have much of a hairstyle. I have not used a hair dryer in about a week, my hair was frizzy and a complete mess to be honest. The reason why that is important is because it is amazing for me to think of what I looked like when I met Lan, that she has never seen me with styled hair, and yet she was able to turn out an amazing hair style and color. I was beyond pleased with my hair, everything turned out just as I wanted, even beyond. Lan was so thoughtful in how she listened to me, and thorough in how she herself evaluated my hair. She offered her opinions and then delivered. She was able to take her time and I never felt like she was rushing me along I could
