I've been going to kims for years even after I moved to Brentwood i still make the trip out to get my nails done. Everyone there is incredible and extremely nice!

I hate writing reviews like this but my experince left me in tears. I went in to get acrylics removed and a manicure. They didn't use any product or technique to remove my acrylics. They were ripping off the acrylics with nail clippers! If I wanted to brutally take off and ruin the acrylics I would have done so at home. I went in asking to give my nails a break and be cleaned up. They insisted I get gel nail polish and that it would be better then leaving my nails bare. I felt I didnt have a choice since they ruined my nails with clippers. I ended up leaving with gel nails I didn't want. They were incredibly rigid that I had to refile and shape at home just so it looked presentatable. Now that the nail polish is chipping off my nails are breaking off dangerously short!
