I went in for an emergency hair sitch after another salon forgot to book me as after saying they did. It was my brother's birthday and I wanted to look my best for Halloween horror nights ????????. Not only did they no issues save me that day, they got me in EARLY. I called up asking if I wanted to do my appointment 40 minutes early. Later that day I'd find out my plans were pushed forwards, and without that I'd have been late to pick them up, so they were huge lifesavers!! When I came in, I was immediately greeted by one of the most friendly stylists I've ever met, and definitely the funniest. Talking to her was very fun and made the experience great, which is definitely important. The hair itself came out great, my sister in law and the rest of our family complimented me all night, and even with the tip I spent less than most salons for the same level of quality ($15 tip, and thinking about it I should have tipped over 20%!)
