I showed Kristine a pic of the hair cut I wanted. I wanted even layers on both sides like in the pic. I told her i want my haircut while parted on the left because that how I will be wearing my hair. She got irritated and parted my hair on the right and insisted it wont make a difference and just started cutting before I couldnt even explain to her that thats how Great Clips in Redlands screwed up my hair in 2017 and took 2 years to grow out. So she just cut it quick and claimed it will look good. I paid and still gave ger a $15 tip because I gave her the benefit of the doubt.My hair was still wet after she was done cutting and I told her I will be able to see how it looks once I go home and blow dry it and try to style it. (You cant see how your hair looks completely till its dry. )I got home dried it and theres a very short big chop on right side and left side had no layers at all just like Great clips bad haircut. I finally got a hold of her after another girl lied to me that Krist
I have gone to this Supercuts twice already and have had such great experiences. BOTH of the girls working there are wonderful and they did such awesome jobs on my son's hair. He has Autism and they were very patient and kind with him. Today, Maria did his hair and we were VERY pleased with the results.
