Absolutely love this place !! I got my eyebrows done here, and I am in love with them ! They flatter my face and they look so natural !!! Update: Since I got them done in January, I realize that the eyebrows have BARELY even faded! I still adore my brows so much ! That's four months without a touch up!!! Swanie truly is so talented !! I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who wants to get their eyebrows tattood or any of the other services he offers ! (-:

Swan had very poor communication skills. I drove 4 hours to get my eyebrows done, for him to just turn me away for arriving 10 minutes late due to MULTIPLE accidents happening on the freeway. He blamed me for not “planning”. My initial confirmed appointment time was at 5PM. I live 100 miles away and Google estimated it taking 2.5 hours. I was able to leave work early for the day of my appointment, so the day before, I asked if I could move my time to 4PM so we could finish earlier. He said yes. The day of my appointment I left my house at 1PM. I texted him at 1:30PM after I got onto the freeway and Google updated my time of arrival to 4:54PM (basically 5PM) due to gridlock traffic, he gave no response. After 4 hours of battling traffic, I was stuck behind more slow traffic on the two lane highway that leads to his location in Hemet, the new ETA was 10 minutes after my appointment time. I want to thank Swan for making my eyebrows so perfect, he tattooed beyond what my exact vision was for many years. I never thought my eyebrows would look this good until now. I am very thankful to have met him and would most definitely not only recommend him to others but I will absolutely continue going back for any permanent makeup I want done in the future.
