I have been coming here for a long time and had good experience at this salon. The stylists are skilled and the service is great. Thanks Thuy and Lien.
Was not a good experience. Provided a picture of the cut I wanted. Granted, I did go in with damaged hair from an at-home bleach job, but the woman cutting my hair didn't speak to me except to comment on how "bad" my hair was. She insisted on combing it and breaking it off that way instead of just cutting off the dead parts. She was intending to leave me with a lopsided poorly executed, choppy cut because it was "too damaged" (after I sat there for 2 hours) before her coworker stepped in and fixed it because she heard the distress in my voice. I didn't get the cut I expected, but at least the coworker gave me something I could work with. I still don't plan to go back, and I would not get my hair cut with that stylist again.
