Oh My Nails

Unfortunately, I have to give this nail salon a one-star review for the extremely poor customer and nail service. During the Easter break I had plans on going on vacation and decided to get my nails done. I got what I believe was called a gel overlay because it was gentler on my nail beds. Two days later, several of my nails popped off as if they were press on nails. I returned and the nail tech fixed the nails. Upon going on my trip, the remaining of my nails began popping off, as displayed in the pictures I provided. It was very upsetting and outright embarrassing that I had to endure my trip with a handful of nails left on my hands. Upon returning (less than two weeks having gotten my nails done), I made contact with the salon and explained my experience. The gentleman on the phone stated since a week had lapsed, they could offer a 10% discount. I love the nail techs here at Oh My Nail. They are very nice and treated me like royalty. The place look very neat and clean. Will definitely be back here.

I made an appointment with Lyn. My daughter said to request her and I was not disappointed. She did a beautiful job. I will definitely request her again. Services: Nail painting, Pedicure, Gel manicures
