I went in for a cut and highlights, a rather drastic one as I was ready for a change. This was my second time there and Tammy was wonderful. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it turned out better than I expected. I cant remember the last time I was truly happy after a hair appointment; sad to say it’s been years. But Tammy listened to what I wanted and made it happen. She is so nice and accommodating. When I told her the highlights ended up lighter than I wanted, she said she’d gladly fix them. But after I got home I realized they actually looked nice. Tammy made it to where they would blend with the greys as they grew out so I wouldn’t need to return to a salon for a while. I’m a mom of 2 under 2 with little time to spare and even less for self maintenance so I was grateful. She styled my hair and helped me look younger and feel pretty for the first time in a while which is hard when you’re 4 months postpartum. I have been coming here for the past 3 or so years and every time I come (which is every 3 weeks), both myself and my husband are warmly greeted and addressed by name. These lovely talented women including: Shahla, Tammy and Amy are professionals and they work hard, taking there time with each person and they are honest. If they are running behind or are not able to see you right then and there they tell you when to return or offer you a time. I wouldn’t think twice about cheating on them with another stylist, EVER. If its not one person Ive seen before or another that does my hair, they always listen and pay attention to what you ask them or simply by following the work of the previous person. We laugh and talk about life and I genuinely mean it when I say they care about how you feel. Before they are completed they ask what you think to insure you are satisfied, that alone really matters.
