I have been coming to Lucy since 2017. my hair has never looked this good before. I went from having block highlights, to well blended baby highlights. I bleach my hair every 6 month, so it is important to go to someone who will not damage your hair. people get surprised when they see how healthy my hair is even with bleaching so much.
