I hate doing reviews but Lilia is great and worth my time to write one! Lilia is thoughtful and careful. No rush, great style, I trust her with my eyes closed! The SALON by InStyle inside JCPenney is Great! This business is a hidden gem in the city. I’ve been coming here for about 10 years but for the last couple of years I have been seeing Lilia. Every stylist here is talented, and the service is impeccable. The salon is friendly and cozy. But, Lilia, Lilia is another level! She is an absolute professional fantastic, passionate accommodating and takes care of me 100%. Lilia has colored my hair, and cut it a few times, and I have always been extremely happy when I leave the salon. I have always been satisfied with her service. I highly recommend Lilia! I can’t speak highly enough of this salon and of Lilia, it is the definition of perfection when it comes to haircutting and coloring. I’ve been getting compliments daily as a result of her work!
