Cool Nails

I've been coming to this salon for the last 5 years and thus far they have done an impeccable job. Today, I decided to get chrome gel mani. The nail tech who did my nails did not do it properly; a first for me here. I asked her to please redo the polish because it's was thick and gritty. I offered to pay twice since it was a complete redo. The nail tech became visibly upset and had someone replace her. This new nail tech berated me the entire time she was taking off my polish. She was rough with my hands (picture attached), so I asked to please charge me for the pedicure and let me go. She charged me $61, for the pedicure and for the poorly done gel manicure that she took off. I was in shock. When I asked that she at least please put a proper polish on my nails, the entire team joined in on raising their voices at me, suggesting I was a difficult customer, "too picky to make happy." They bullied me into signing the sheet for my visa because when I said I will not, the nail tech shouted

I surely can say this nail salon is being one of the worst nail salons in Glendale, unprofessional rude ladies give you attitude the whole time they’re doing the job, and at the end charge you A LOT for a manicure that won’t last even a week! Service: Manicure
