The staff was friendly and courteous. The 2 stars is because although the colorists have been doing hair for years, some have been at Atelier for almost 10 years, it seems like they only know how to do one thing: platinum blonde. If you ask for anything else sure they'll say yes, they can get you whatever color but truth is if you're not looking for platinum blonde you'll come out with orange brassy hair. They don't know how to balayge. I asked for balayge and came out with thin streaks all the way up to my roots. I went to ULTA where they died my roots dark so it wasn't all orange and toned the brass.

Alfred H. is awesome, he's been cutting my hair for a few years now, and he takes the time to get exactly what you want. Seek him out, you won't regret it!
