Gilroy Nails

As soon as you walk in they ask what you want and tell you where to sit. They don't bother telling you about how much the wait time will be. From the time I got here till the time the girl finished with my pedicure, it was 2 hours (just for pedicure). This is ridiculous. I could of went somewhere else and got both my nails and my pedicure for that amount of time. I felt like the lady that did my pedicure did not do her job right like the package that I got came with a 6 minute massage, I got less than that. The only plus side of this salon is that it has plenty of parking, plenty of nice colors to choose from, and plenty of chairs for people to sit and wait.

I love it here ! The staff is real not afraid to speak up when customers are rude I love it ! First time I had gone I didn’t really like it because I thought it was too rushed but now I see that they’re just really good and they do get lots of business and are busy trying to get to every client ! I like that they’ll turn you down if they know they won’t have time for you instead of having you sit around. I don’t know but this will be my go to always for as live as I live in Gilroy! John I believe was his name did such a lovely job ! Thank you ! ???? ????✨

This was my first visit at Gilroy Nails. My experience there was out of this world. A lot of available staff, so waiting was minimal to none. I did go on a Monday. I had the honor of getting a pedicure done by Anna, she was so sweet, gentle and amazing! I also had the honor of getting my nails done by Deedee, also another amazing nail technician and experienced! She provided me with a great recommendation on the design of my nail, had me laughing the entire time and was so fast! ???? Thank you for having such a wonderful, clean and inviting atmosphere with outstanding staff. I was very satisfied with the service I received and outcome of my pedicure and acrylic nails.
