Balance Med Spa

Although this review may seem lost or even unimportant in between the heaps of the other 5 star reviews, my story/ experience is something straight out of a nightmare. For starters, on April 24, 2023, I had come into the Balance Med Spa in order to receive a typical chemical peeling. At first I thought nothing of it since I've never had an experience with this certain procedure. As the procedure went on, I was told to sign the consent form after the acid of unknown PH levels had been placed on my face. I still let this slide by as I thought nothing about it. After the procedure was completed, I was sold 300$ worth of creams for the face, which I ultimately purchased. A few days after the initial chemical peeling I found my skin to barely peel off. In other words, the peel was redundant as it was unable to peel off anything. However, after this procedure, my face had been brutally adorned with a nasty chemical like burn, which still remains to this day. This chemical scar has rendered

All around great place: warm environment, kind/caring staff, & amazing products/services. I have had several of their services including a variety of their facials, laser removal, & pressotherapy.
