I finally found Cô Thoa at her new shop! I’ve been her customer for many years. Now living abroad I’m so happy to locate her again. She always does such a great job and exactly what I ask for. Balayage + cut + style, 3 hours. Thank you to Cô Thoa and Kim! Highly recommended! I’ll be back once I’m in the states again.
It was my first time going here and definently won't be my last. I loved the positive vibe here I felt so welcomed here and the lady that did my hair was so nice. My hair turned out so nice I love it!!!
