Kacey is a workhorse and damn great at it too. They are as good a place & cheap you can get a hair do. They even opened weeks ahead of any hair salons during COVID-19. From the moment I checked & phoned in an appointment, being treated with importance, listening then finally executing the final product. To me the definition of the ultimate customer service: when they give the customers the option to come or not. Thank goodness for places such as these, I'm a fan & will be bookmarking Fancy Hair Salon as my go-to hair salon from here on end.
Best haircut yet! Will return for coloring and cut. Worth a little travel!
If I could Give the place 0 stars I would Both the owner and her husband are rude and incompetent. Not only did she pick the color for my hair herself, but refused to fix it because she thinks it looks good. Least professional, least polite, leader competent hairstylist I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to. On the pros: my hair is very very soft even after bleaching, on the cons: I look like a clown since no one there has heard of toner. Service: Hair coloring
