They are losing their good stylists. I hope the management does something about it fast.
The times I have gone they've done my hair no problem. I guess it depends on who you see because this visit they didn't listen to what I wanted. I had my hair up to my butt and only wanted 3 inches cut off and they cut off a whole 6 inches! They asked me if that was okay but what was the point? They had already cut it off already? What was I to do? This is why I avoid getting a hair cut as much as possible.
Michelle did my hair color last night and she did such an amazing job! She communicated with me throughout the whole process, from making the appointment to the finish and giving me advice on hair care. She was so so sweet and patient as I have a lot of hair and it took more time than both of us initially thought. I really love the work she did and I absolutely will be coming back and recommending this place to others! Thank you so much Michelle!! Sorry for photo quality I’m at work ????
