My stylist took wonderful care of me and my hair. She gave me an extra conditioning pack. She listened to me and only trimmed the amount I wanted. She did not cut the recommended length off. Then I mentioned my dandruff and she gave me Avedas new scalp shampoo. Sold me an exceptional brush, Ergo

Salon was great, my friend had a great experience. I received the worst cut ever. Stylist did not listen to what I wanted, kept taking breaks, when I arrived, I took my hat off, she immediately made a judgement about what I wanted and never even offered me water. Like I said, the salon was great, this stylist was not.

I made an appointment for a cut & color. They don’t quote a price for color because it varies. The stylist needs to see your hair & determine cost based on what you want. I spent more than planned, but I am reminded of the old saying… you get what you pay for. My consultation with Arlene went very smoothly. She was patient & I could tell she was really listening/asking questions to figure out exactly what I wanted. She was terrific - and I love my new hair! Thank you, Arlene!
