Salon was great, my friend had a great experience. I received the worst cut ever. Stylist did not listen to what I wanted, kept taking breaks, when I arrived, I took my hat off, she immediately made a judgement about what I wanted and never even offered me water. Like I said, the salon was great, this stylist was not.

Decided it was way past time to go back to a short hairstyle after 6-7 years of hair long enough to tie back. It's always been fine textured and gotten quite thin. Kaylin understood the situation completely. She took the time to discuss options, until we agreed to "go for it," which meant cutting off about 8". I am thrilled with the results and will be making an appointment for another cut in the future as well as redoing highlights to match the cut. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling, Blowdry

Actually I was somewhat disappointed in the overall experience. I am from ohio and choose an Aveda salon when I need services. I know the stylists are well trained and can be trusted to provide quality care. Typically I expect to pay a little more due to the upscale services. This salon is not upscale, focus on selling products, seemed to be the primary focus on entering the salon, on completion of service and again at checkout. The stylist, withholding name, was pleasant, not particularly interested in me as a customer. Did “trim” about 2 inches off of my hair, I asked her to cut out the bulkier areas of my hair, and cut bangs. 30 minutes later I’m done, yes my hair looked nice, once home, my hair looks the same with and I’m not certain any bulk was removed.
