Terrible experience! I went and Teressa asked me what I m looking for. Once told she did completely different color without taking my consent. I wasn’t looking to use bleach on my hair but middle of the job, she says I cant give lift without bleach, I need to use it. Even after that, I didn’t see any results in my hair. Called her again to fix it, she gave me appointment a month later. When reached, dnt know what products she used, she left color on my hair for 1 hour and 40 minutes because she had another appointment for hair color. This made my hair extremely dry, frizzy and brittle to an extent that now I cant even keep my hair open for 15 mins. They always tied up in a bun now with oil in so that I can repair them back. Will never go back to her and suggest you to please find someone better if you love your hair. I have been to Aveda salon before for color snd never in life had such bad hair. Will give her negative rating if I can. Really disappointed.

This is long overdue but I have to share and brag to everyone about Artistry salon and how thrilled and satisfied am with it. I have been visiting this place for the last 6 years and Teresa had been working on me for the last 3 years and she is exceptional. My hairstylist,Teresa, is a wizard. She is so experienced and knowledgeable. She always gives you the best advice and will honestly tell you what works best on you. She has never compromised with the condition and health of my hair. Her goal is always ensure is in top notch condition . She colors, styles, cuts my hair and keeps my hair beautiful, shiny and healthy. Her creativity is intuitive and out of the box and always comes out positively beautiful. I just go in and tell Teresa to do her magic and viola the results are astounding. Moreover, She is so friendly and welcoming. Additionally, Teresa is very flexible and will adjust to your availability- she has accommodated my time crunch issues happily. The best: Teresa is a master Aveda Stylist. There isn't anyone on the planet that does a better job at color and cutting than Teresa . I love an Aveda salon and their color products. She did my hair today and transformed the color back to the right beautiful blonde color.. I had a lot of grey, she handled all that and now it blends beautifully. She cut my long hair the way it should be cut especially the front, now it looks way fuller. I have been going to Teresa for 30 years and there isn't anyone better than Teresa, she is super trusted and my hair looks sooo awesome thank you !!!!! Services: Hairstyling, Haircut
