I've been going to Shiva Beauty for a while, but my last visit left me really disappointed. I went to get my eyebrows done, and when I didn't like the result, I explained what I wanted. Unfortunately, the beautician seemed upset and possibly even intentionally made a mistake. There was a mix-up, so I asked to talk to a manager, but I still wasn't happy with how things were handled. The beautician reacted strongly, saying "WHAT THE HELL," and went to get the manager. Talking to the manager didn't improve things either; they both treated me rudely. The customer service was terrible, and I was even told some impolite things.

These guys have no regard for people's times. They make customers wait for an hour and on some days they just put a sign "no threading today". There is absolutely no professionalism in this business.

I went to this place and asked that my eyebrows be threaded. I was told to sit in a chair. Then, the attendant who was helping me commented on how my eyebrows were uneven :). I asked her if she could please help me out. Then she asked me if I had gone to the gym and was visiting them right after working out and I said yes. She told me that they don't take customers right after the gym and it's "in writing" because they don't want to deal with sweat on the chairs. Later on, she started threading my upper lip when I stopped her and told her I had not asked for it. She started arguing that I had. When I was paying for my services, I asked her where was it mentioned that they don't take customers right out of a gym, she again started arguing with me and said her manager has told her this. She mentioned about sweat on the chairs, which is when I told her that they should wipe those anyways. This is rather discriminatory and the attendants was rude and argumentative.
