I really like the salon but their treatments are a bit expensive and my old stylist got promoted and I am happy for her but I was not notified about how it will impact my service rate when I booked the appointment, I was caught off-guard when service changed to 40$ more.. I have been a regular here from past 3 years and they have never disappointed me . The have a wide range of products and services and an excellent set of stylists who do justice to the products and services they have to offer . The staff is Super responsive on the phone and diligent follow up with appointments. I go to one stylist and she has always been consistent and super knowledgeable. Hears me out patiently and answers all my questions. I made a trip to them when they first opened in the month of feb this year and I was impressed with all the social distancing protocols in place and how the work stations were sanitized before and after every use . They are super courteous and not pushy at all when it comes to selling products to their customers. This is my GO-TO salon and will be for a long time .
