Rare Touch II Salon

I had a terrible experience here. This is by far the worst salon I've been to in the Bay Area. They started me late, were belittling in general, AND THEN charged an extra fee on my credit card after I left the salon. Don't go here. There are a ton of other salons in Fremont. Service: Hairstyling

Hello we've been recommend by this location by my daughter's teacher. We have tried to book several times, the first time we were told to contact via email which we did with a detailed email in what we would like done for our daughter (April 2022), no one ever got back to us. Just recent we looked to give this location abother shot so we booked via the app on August 20 for September 3rd at 10:30am which was the earliest slot available. Our appointment was canceled the following day for another client. We received a text with canceled appointment.Very unprofessional, my daughter is a Queen as well! Seems as if she was pushed aside. Hopefully we can get in contact with someone who styles here, so that we may have the same treatment as whoever was booked for the appointment my daughter had.

Excellence. Never disappointed. Great service. Great salon. Incredible humans who slay hair. Period.
